Itinerary
Day 1 - Airport to Tissamaharama
- On the way Madu River boat safari.
- Overnight stay in Tissamaharama.
Madu River Boat Safari
The Madu River boat safari is one of the most popular activities in Sri Lanka. Located in Balapitiya, the safari offers sightings of a variety of plants and animals, making it an unforgettable part of your trip.
Tissamaharama
Tissamaharama is a peaceful town known for its man-made tank, Tissa Wewa, which is a scenic spot rich in birdlife.
Day 2 - Tissamaharama to Nuwara Eliya
- Wildlife safari at Yala National Park.
- On the way visit Ella.
- Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Yala National Park
Yala National Park is the most popular wildlife safari destination in Sri Lanka. The park features forests, grasslands, and lagoons and is home to a variety of wildlife.
Ella
Ella is a picturesque hill town known for hiking trails and panoramic views. A visit to Ella Rock offers a rewarding trekking experience and beautiful vistas.



Day 3 - Nuwara Eliya to Kandy
- Visit tea plantations and tea factory.
- Overnight stay in Kandy.
Nuwara Eliya
Known as Little England, Nuwara Eliya is famed for its tea plantations, cool climate, and natural beauty including waterfalls and Gregory Lake.



Day 4 - Kandy to Airport
- Morning Kandy city tour (Temple of Tooth view point, Peradeniya botanical garden, Batik factory).
- On the way - herbal spice garden, visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.
- Drop to Airport.
Temple of Tooth Relic
Located in Kandy, this temple houses the Sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha and is considered one of the most sacred Buddhist shrines in the world.
Peradeniya Botanical Garden
These gardens near Kandy host over 4000 species of plants, including orchids and spices, and attract over 2 million visitors annually.
Batik Factory
Visit a traditional Batik Factory and witness the intricate process of batik-making. You can also buy authentic batik products.
